Shipping & Returns

Refund & Exchange 

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If in the event you're not happy with your purchase, please note the following guidelines: 

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please send us a detailed email of your concern along with the original order number, your contact information and reason for the return to Contact@JackieJamesJewelry.com within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Please keep in mind if your return is approved, the return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the cost of the purchase.

We do not accept exchanges or returns after 5 days of approval.

Any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund or applicable for exchange.

All sells on custom items are final.

All Last Chance sale items are final.

Processing & Shipping

All Items are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Weekends & Holidays). Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, please allow 2-4 days for domestic transit. 

 

We currently aren't shipping internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders at and above $75. Please note the free shipping discount applies to the total paid after discounts are applied and before taxes. Orders below $75 will be charged shipping and handling.

We ship all domestic (US) orders via USPS. 

Payments

We accept all forms of payment via credit or debit card, which is processed through Wix secured payment system. 

If you select PayPal to process your payment, all payments will be processed securely through PayPal. PayPal will process credit & debit card payments even if you don't have a PayPal account.
